This position will require knowledge of sales, remodeling, kitchen design and management, including current conditions and industry network. Must have technical knowledge, measuring, scheduling, and organizational skills. Leadership of the bid process and project forecasting is required. Excellent verbal, written and facilitation skills; including the ability to influence, negotiate and explain complex processes to clients and staff.\nEssential Functions\nResponds promptly to site analysis purchase orders provided by Home Depot\n\nSchedule in-home measures with customers\n\nCreate accurate 20/20 file using information from the site analysis\n\nPrepares an estimate of expected cost of labor and scope of work\n\nProvides and reviews labor bid with customer, and submits labor bid to store for future purchase\n\nManages work in pre-sale and post-sale funnels\n\nReview kitchen cabinet layout with customer to ensure fit of design\n\nEstablishes rapport with customers, and discusses all their installation needs\n\nDelivers ongoing value to relationships with Home Depot associates in stores\n\nPrimary point of contact for kitchen installations for specific stores, Independent Contractors, and Crew2 sales force acting as a liaison between the external customers, stores, and Independent Contractors managing all jobs in progress daily\n\nPerform job site visits during predetermined milestones and as needed\n\nReceive calendar of Independent Contractors availability and offer jobs to meet customer schedules\n\nApproves Independent Contractors invoices for payment confirming negotiated pricing by individual\n\nProficient in permit applications and confirm with Independent Contractors that all permits are posted on site\n\nAssures open permits are tracked and closed as required by PM’s as needed\n\nAssures Lead Safe practices are considered and/or followed on appropriate jobs and files appropriate paperwork\n\nUpdate all appropriate systems with the most current update of the project\n\nExecute the change order process when needed\n\nProvide weekly project updates to the Field Operations Manager\n\nMaintains, tracks, and reports all financial aspects of project, including margins, forecasts and billing\n\nAssume responsibility and communicate effectively and efficiently with supervising managers, consumers, general contractors, subcontractors, retailers\n\n Education & Experience\nResidential Kitchen Design remodeling: 3 years (Preferred)\n\nProject Management: 3 years (Preferred)\n\n Skills & Competencies\nStrong interpersonal skills and ability to work with consumers in relationship selling and project management\n\nAttention to detail of measurements, calculations, and material ordering\n\nFlexible schedule, occasional weekends, and/or evening appointments\n\nManages sales funnel and supports activities with retailer including training\n\nSuperior communication and organization development skills\n\nProven ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment\n\nDemonstrate knowledge and understanding of construction documentation and sequencing\n\nPractical knowledge of value-engineering\n\nExperienced in Design Software 20/20
