You have come to the right place.\nSummary\nThe Human Resources Coordinator provides front line, day-to-day support covering a broad range of HR administration which includes recruiting, orientation, onboarding/offboarding, compliance, and benefits. The Human Resource Coordinator works in partnership with regional and corporate-based leaders to implement company-wide HR programs and initiatives. Additionally, as Human Resource Coordinator, you serve as a champion to culture initiatives while continuously driving employee engagement, unifying, and improving our culture.\nEssential Functions\nGuide onboarding activities and/or assist with new employee orientation to foster a positive attitude toward company goals and objectives.\nSupport the administration of company programs, performance management, benefits enrollment, and training.\nWorkday facilitation with payroll, benefits and leave departments.\nCoordinate offboarding. \nProvide ongoing support of HRIS record changes in Workday. Input data as required.\nManage local Form I-9 compliance.\nRecruiting and job posting and facilitating interviews with necessary managers.\nAdminister annual open enrollment benefit meetings.\nMaintain knowledge of legal regulation related to human resources including federal, state and local employment laws.\nDevelop positive employee relations while advising management on appropriate resolution of issues.\nInterpret, assist, and advise on inquiries regarding basic human resources policies, procedures, and programs in an efficient manner.\nCoordinate and/or facilitate special projects as needed.\nAttend business meetings and training courses as needed.\nServe as the first point of contact for all HR-related, employee benefit and payroll queries.\nIdentify and implement improvements in HR effectiveness and processes.\nEnsure training requirements are met with safety, HR or other training certifications\nOther duties as assigned \nEducation & Experience\nRequired\nHigh School or equivalent \n1 year applicable job experience\n1 year of HR system administration experience with Workday\nSkills & Competencies\nRequired\nStrong technology skills and the ability to leverage technology in work processes\nKnowledge of principles, procedures and best practices in the industry\nDemonstrated ability to maintain confidential information. \nAbility to work with all levels of staff. \nDemonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel at the intermediate to advanced level. \nMust be detailed oriented and possess excellent time management and organizational skills. \nAdvanced oral and written communication skills to effectively problem-solve. \nDemonstrated ability to complete multiple tasks in a timely and accurate fashion
