You have come to the right place.\nSummary\nThe Inventory Manager leads inventory control operations, directs a team and owns inventory accuracy, aged inventory reduction, and inventory-related financial results. This role sets regional inventory processes and standards and partners with Operations, Purchasing, Finance, Customer Service, and Administration.\nEssential Functions\nLead SAP training and competency standards for warehouse and inventory teams\nOwn aged inventory targets for branches and the region, and drive reduction plans with branch leadership\nOversee and approve returns to vendors and RTV purchase orders, up to established authority limit\nPartner with Finance to resolve claim invoice, receiving, quantity, and cost discrepancies, and lead root-cause prevention.\nServe as the regional escalation point for warehouse and purchasing issues.\nMaintain stock lists/settings.\nEnsure cost accuracy and data integrity for material setup and system transfers.\nSet aged-material liquidation strategy and pricing guidelines for branch-level sales.\nAnalyze regional inventory reports (aged inventory, cycle count progress, not-picked orders) and present findings and recommendations to leadership.\nPartner with Purchasing to set and maintain Purchasing Cockpit data standards.\nEstablish, audit, and enforce warehouse and purchasing best-practice procedures.\nDesign and manage the regional cycle count program, including frequency and variance thresholds.\nLead resolution of system inventory discrepancies, directing team members on corrections.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives to improve warehouse efficiency, accuracy, and cost.\nOther duties as assigned\nEducation & Experience\nRequired\nAssociates / 2 year Technical School\n4+ years of experience in inventory control or warehouse operations\nPreferred\n2+ years supervisory experience\nSAP Experience\nBilingual experience preferred, but not required (English/Spanish)\nSkills & Competencies\nAbility to lead, develop, and hold a team accountable for results\nAbility to analyze inventory data and present recommendations to leadership.\nInterpersonal skills to develop and maintain professional working relationships with builders, vendors, subordinates and co-workers\nCommunicate effectively with customers, co-workers and supervisors in a professional and courteous
