This role ensures seamless execution of installation workflows by managing key program processes-including permitting, documentation, accounts receivable support, and customer coordination. The Program Manager acts as a central liaison among customers, municipalities, service providers, internal teams, and retail partners to deliver a compliant, timely, and customer-focused installation experience. This position has no direct reports and operates as an influential individual contributor.\nEssential Responsibilities\nCustomer Experience & Program Support\nServe as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to installation timelines, requirements, and post-installation activities.\n\nManage escalations and resolve issues with a customer-first approach, ensuring timely follow-up and clear communication.\n\nSupport retail and internal partners by clarifying program requirements, providing updates, and reinforcing Crew2 service standards.\n\nPermitting & Compliance Management\nCoordinate and manage permit activities required for installations, ensuring all applicable municipal and jurisdictional rules are followed.\n\nFacilitate permit acquisition, submission, tracking, inspection coordination, and timely closure of permits upon job completion.\n\nMaintain accurate databases and documentation for permit records, statuses, fees, inspection outcomes, and municipal requirements.\n\nCommunicate permit expectations and next steps to customers, installers, and production teams, ensuring readiness and compliance prior to installation.\n\nMonitor changes in municipal codes or requirements and recommend process updates as needed to maintain compliance.\n\nIdentify gaps in permit workflows and collaborate with leadership to implement improvements that streamline processing and reduce delays.\n\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nPartner with production coordinators, field operations, and customer service teams to ensure accurate job documentation and scheduling readiness.\n\nParticipate in onboarding and continuous training efforts related to permitting, program standards, and compliance expectations.\n\nSupport internal partners and retail relationships by providing status updates on active jobs, permit progress, and related risk areas.\n\nFinancial Stewardship & Accounts Receivable Support\nSupport revenue capture by validating job documentation and ensuring accurate financial records tied to installation requirements.\n\nAssist in resolving financial exceptions including PO discrepancies, chargebacks, adjustments, and payment variances impacting service provider pay or program profitability.\n\nRecommend corrective actions for uncollected revenue, documentation gaps, or billing issues tied to compliance or permit closure delays.\n\nProgram Execution & Process Governance\nMaintain visibility into active jobs and milestones, tracking tasks through completion to support on-time installation and permit closure.\n\nIdentify operational bottlenecks and propose solutions to improve efficiency, customer experience, and compliance accuracy.\n\nEnsure all program activities align with established standards, policies, and reporting requirements.\n\nEducation & Experience\nRequired\nExperience with process-driven work environments, compliance workflows, or document-driven coordination\n\nPreferred\nExperience in construction, installation services, municipalities, permitting, or retail-installed programs\n\nKnowledge of Crew2 business operations, Home Depot partnerships, or installation workflows\n\nSkills & Competencies\nCustomer Focus - Creates positive experiences and manages interactions with professionalism;
