You have come to the right place.\nSummary\nThe Revenue Assurance Coordinator is responsible for creating job jacket files and verifying the accuracy of all lot-related documents, including customer selections, purchase orders, and written sales agreements. This role utilizes established standard operating procedures to review each sales order for accuracy and ensure job margin is within tolerance. The Revenue Assurance Coordinator works directly with customers and internal sales and operational teams to resolve issues prior to installation release and billing, supporting accurate revenue recognition and margin protection.\nEssential Functions\nSales Order Review & Revenue Assurance\nMonitor lot start notifications and create new sales orders in ERP.\n\nCreate job jacket files by utilizing established checklists to gather all required lot documentation.\n\nReview all job jacket documents according to established procedures prior to install release and perform comprehensive sales order audits.\n\nCalculate and enter correct revenue on sales orders and verify customer purchase orders align with written sales agreements and buyer selections.\n\nEnsure sales order margin is within tolerance; investigate margin variances and work with operational teams to resolve discrepancies.\n\nVerify sales order revenue and margin post-installation to ensure additional costs incurred during installation are accurately reflected.\n\nCustomer & Cross-Functional Coordination\nCoordinate directly with customers and internal sales teams to resolve purchase order issues that may delay revenue recognition or billing.\n\nWork alongside regional finance and operations management to escalate purchase order or cost issues in a timely manner and, when directed, hold sales orders from release.\n\nVerify that customer purchase order issues have been resolved and that purchase orders match final sales order totals.\n\nDocumentation, Tracking & Reporting\nMaintain current job documents within document storage systems.\n\nTrack all sales orders with purchase order or cost issues by properly coding them in ERP.\n\nProvide regular updates to management on progress resolving sales order issues.\n\nRelease sales orders to Finance for revenue recognition and invoice transmittal once all requirements are met.\n\nSupport ad hoc reporting, operational requests, and additional duties as assigned.\n\nTraining & Continuous Improvement\nAssist with the training and onboarding of other Revenue Assurance team members as needed.\n\nSupport adherence to standard operating procedures and continuous improvement initiatives within the Revenue Assurance function.\n\nEducation & Experience\nHomebuilding or construction industry experience preferred.\n\nExperience in quality review, reconciliation, audit, or similar transaction-based review roles preferred.\n\n Skills & Competencies\nExcellent organizational and time management skills.\n\nExtreme attention to detail with strong analytical skills.\n\nIntermediate Excel skills and comfort working with ERP systems.\n\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\n\nPatience, positive attitude, and ability to think with a “big picture” mindset.\n\nAbility to take ownership of responsibilities and manage interpersonal relationships
