displays.\nEssential Functions\nDesign Studio & Showroom Operations\nSupports design studio processes and manages reports and tracking information for assigned projects\n\nOversees the physical showroom, including maintenance, samples, and displays\n\nWorks with the Design Studio Manager and vendors to correctly sample and display programs in showrooms\n\nOrders office and design studio supplies and maintains office equipment\n\nAssists in setting up new accounts and new design studios\n\nAdministrative & Scheduling Support\nAnswers phones, greets customers, schedules, and coordinates Design Center appointments\n\nPrepares designer files for appointments\n\nProvides project administrative support\n\nAssists with data entry and document management\n\nCommunication & Collaboration\nCommunicates regularly with builder personnel, designers, sales team, and manager\n\nPartners with designers and account executives to strategically manage builder accounts\n\nRefers complex or unusual problems to supervisor\n\nProcess Improvement & Manager Support\nIdentifies opportunities for process improvement\n\nAssists the Design Studio Manager as needed\n\nWork Structure & Other Responsibilities\nUnder general supervision, exercises judgment in accordance with well-defined policies, procedures, and techniques\n\nWork typically involves regular review of performance by supervisor\n\nPerforms other duties as assigned\n\n Education & Experience\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\n\nSpecialized skills training or certification may be required\n\nDesired experience: 3-5 years of administrative or clerical experience (builder experience a plus)\n\n Skills & Competencies\nBilingual experience preferred but not required (English/Spanish)\n\nMust have a thorough knowledge of all available products used by the Company as it relates to product installation\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\n\nInterpersonal skills to develop and maintain professional working relationships with builders, vendors, subordinates, and co-workers\n\nAbility to communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors in a professional and courteous manner\n\nProactively identify, analyze, address, and resolve problem areas, conflicts, and issues\n\nDisplays willingness to make decisions\n\nExhibits sound and accurate judgment, supports and explains reasoning for decisions, includes appropriate people in the decision-making process, and makes timely decisions\n\nStrong organizational skills to ensure adequate tracking systems are utilized to maintain and track all required information associated with the ordering and production process\n\nWorking knowledge of internet, inventory, project management, spreadsheet and word
