and collaborative work environment that promotes accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.\n\nEvaluate field team performance, provide feedback, and identify development opportunities for team members.\n\nClient & Stakeholder Communication\nServe as the primary on-site contact for customers, builders, and subcontractors, providing timely updates and professional service.\n\nAddress customer concerns, questions, and requests while maintaining a customer-first approach.\n\nPartner with internal teams and company leadership to report on project progress, challenges, and solutions.\n\nSafety & Compliance\nEnsure adherence to all workplace safety regulations and company safety programs.\n\nConduct jobsite safety inspections, identify hazards, and enforce corrective actions.\n\nMaintain up-to-date knowledge of OSHA and local safety standards to ensure compliance at all times.\n\nReporting & Process Improvement\nMaintain accurate records of project status, site conditions, material usage, and installation challenges.\n\nSubmit field reports, photos, and completion documentation using company-approved systems.\n\nRecommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve customer satisfaction.\n\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives through feedback, data analysis, and collaboration with leadership.\n\nQualifications & Experience\nRequired:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\n\n5+ years of experience in field operations, construction, or project management.\n\nProven leadership and team management skills with experience supervising field crews.\n\nStrong understanding of construction processes and site coordination.\n\nAbility to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.\n\nExcellent problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities.\n\nEffective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and with customers.\n\nValid driver’s license and reliable transportation.\n\nPreferred:\nBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.\n\nProficiency with project management software and field reporting tools.\n\nExperience managing subcontractors in a multi-site or regional environment.\n\nSkills & Competencies\nLeadership: Ability to motivate, guide, and hold teams accountable to performance and safety standards.\n\nOrganization: Strong time management and scheduling skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.\n\nCommunication: Clear and
