# Warehouse Operations Associate

Summary The Warehouse Operations Associate is responsible for assisting in warehouse operations and providing administrative support to ensure the efficient flow of materials, accurate inventory, timely deliveries, and effective communication between warehouse, office, operations, vendors, and field teams. Essential Functions Coordinate daily pickups, deliveries, returns, RTVs, and material transfers based on production and installation schedules. Receive, inspect, organize, stage, label, and prepare materials for jobs as needed for subcontractors, and field deployment. Verify purchase orders, quantities, product information, finishes, and receiving documentation. Maintain accurate job and inventory information in SAP, and other company systems. Perform monthly inventory, cycle counts, and work-in-progress reporting. Track shortages, damages, back orders, returns, and inventory discrepancies. Assist in coordination of loading and unloading of materials Communicate with vendors, installers, subcontractors, field managers, project coordinators, and internal teams regarding material availabil
