Strategic Leadership\n·Develop and implement the hotel's strategic and\noperational plans.\n·Drive business growth and profitability.\n·Identify opportunities for new revenue streams\nand partnerships.\n·Ensure the hotel remains competitive within the\nhospitality and tourism market.\n·Provide regular performance reports to the\nBoard/Owners.\n2. Operational Management\n·Oversee day-to-day hotel operations.\n·Ensure smooth coordination between all\ndepartments.\n·Maintain high standards of guest service and\nhospitality.\n·Monitor service quality and implement continuous\nimprovement initiatives.\n·Ensure efficient management of hotel assets and\nfacilities.\n3. Financial Management\n·Prepare and manage annual budgets.\n·Monitor revenues, expenditures, and\nprofitability.\n·Ensure effective cost control and resource\nutilization.\n·Review financial reports and take corrective\naction where necessary.\n·Drive occupancy, room yield, food and beverage\nsales, and overall revenue growth.\n4. Guest Experience and Customer Service\n·Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and\nmemorable experiences.\n·Address guest complaints and service recovery\nissues promptly.\n·Monitor guest feedback from online platforms and\ninternal surveys.\n·Implement initiatives that enhance customer\nloyalty and repeat business.\n5. Sales and Marketing\n·Lead efforts to increase occupancy and market\nshare.\n·Develop relationships with tour operators,\ntravel agents, corporate clients, NGOs, and government agencies.\n·Support marketing campaigns and promotional\nactivities.\n·Build the hotel's brand visibility within local\nand international tourism markets.\n6.
