Your responsibilities encompass preparation of Construction Contract, various aspects of contract administration, ensuring compliance, minimizing risks, and fostering positive relationships with clients and subcontractors. Oversee the administration of contracts (Main Contracts and Subcontracts), ensuring adherence to terms, conditions, and project requirements. Conduct thorough reviews and analysis of contract documents during the tender stage, identifying potential risks and proposing advice to avoid/ reduce the risks to safeguard company’s interests. Lead the negotiation with respect to changes to subcontracts, ensuring alignment with company objectives and risk mitigation. Identify potential risks associated with contractual agreements and implement strategies to mitigate risks effectively. Assist site in preparation of all contractual letters and correspondences in line with the contract documents.
