# HSE Advisor

Working as part of the HSE department on a project you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and well-being of Intermass personnel, and other stakeholders, and additionally ensure the environmental compliance of our construction projects across the UAE. Your responsibilities will encompass conducting site inspections, identifying hazards, developing solutions with the construction team, implementing HSE policies and project requirements, and facilitating training programs to foster a strong safety culture to drive the improvement of HSE performance within Intermass. Additionally, you will actively lead risk assessments, incident investigations, and emergency response planning as necessary. Provide HSE leadership and guidance to the project team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and monitor their effectiveness across the work areas. Conduct regular on-site inspections to identify and ensure that potential hazards are rectified by relevant stakeholders promptly.
