# Logistics Coordinator

The Site Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of logistics on the project. This includes coordinating the movement of materials, equipment, waste removal, temp roads / access, gate passes, site employee passes, coordination with head office functions for plant / equipment / materials. Application and monitoring of HSE requirements across all logistic activities at site. Coordinate with, and support, the project team to ensure that the project is fully supported and on track from a logistics perspective. Develop project specific logistic plans to clarify the procedures and processes required to effectively manage and control site logistics throughout the construction phase of the project Coordinate with internal stakeholders to accurately determine site requirements, including timeframes and resources, to upport the project team on all logistic critical matters Oversee site set up and mobilization, including site offices, storage areas, worker welfare, stockpile areas, including coordination with Project Support Services dept Manage site access and security requirements for personnel, visitors, and vehicles.
