It’s an opportunity to learn, contribute and make an impact while building your career in the game.\nPosition Summary: Inter Miami CF is looking for an Intern, Human Resources to work on a wide range of projects related to HR compliance, recruiting, onboarding and administration support. This person will also be responsible for helping develop and execute various managerial projects and completing special projects as delegated by the Human Resources team.\nThis is a paid, part-time internship within our Number 10 Internship program for the 2027 Sprint Season cohort.\nResponsibilities:\nAssist in recruitment efforts for all personnel, interns, Gameday staff and temporary employees. \nAssist in onboarding process including generating offer letters, preparing new hire packets, drafting internal communications, revising organizational chart and scheduling meetings. \nAssists in organizing and conducting new hire orientations, training and development sessions, and employee events. \nConduct audits of personnel files and assists with filings to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.\nAssists with planning and preparation for employee appreciation events. \nResponds to all staff and employment inquiries promptly and professionally. \nMaintains the highest levels of confidentiality of sensitive information. \nPerforms organizational and special projects as assigned. \nRequirements\nCurrently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or recently graduated from a related program\nAbility to professionally and confidently interact with members at all levels of the organization. \nExceptional reliability, interpersonal, communication and organizational skills required. \nProficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products. \nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. \nAbility to work non-traditional hours, in non-traditional settings, within a team atmosphere. \nBilingual (English and Spanish) fluency is a plus \nPassion for fútbol is a plus\nAll
