This Monday-Friday opportunity offers a consistent weekday schedule with no weekend requirements, while providing the opportunity to support audiology services across two locations.\nEssential functions\nEquipment Management:Order, track, and maintain audiology equipment and supplies.\nClean and sanitize equipment following infection control protocols.\nCoordinate equipment repairs and troubleshooting.\n\nAdministrative Duties:Perform routine office tasks, assist with employee scheduling, maintain records, schedule patients and prepare patient-specific forms.\nAuthorize invoices, communicate with vendors, and schedule meetings.\nUpdate state database for hearing as required.\n\nPatient Interaction:Serve as the first point of contact for patients to address questions and resolve issues.\nAssist patients with hearing aid maintenance and use.\n\nClinical Support:Assist audiologists during evaluations and conduct independent testing as appropriate.\nCommunicate with hearing aid manufacturers for returns and repairs.\n\nTeam Collaboration and Training:Participate in interviewing, onboarding, and training new employees.\nCollaborate with the audiology team to improve workflow and patient care.\n\nSkills\nCommunication\nProcess management\nAttention to detail\nTime management\nAccountability\nDependability\nQualifications\nOne year of work experience in a health-related field or early childhood development preferred\nPhysical Requirements\nOngoing need for employee to see and read information, documents, monitors, identify equipment and supplies, and be able to assess customer needs.\nFrequent interactions with providers, colleagues, customers, patients/clients, and visitors that require employee to verbally communicate as well as hear and understand spoken information, needs, and issues quickly and accurately.\nManual dexterity of hands and fingers to manipulate complex and delicate equipment with precision and accuracy.
