Proficiency in word-processing, spreadsheet, and advanced computer applications (i.e. database and/or presentations).\nDemonstrated strong negotiating skills and strong financial management skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nAssociate degree in a related field\nPrevious leadership experience preferably in an ambulatory outpatient clinic environment.\nExperience developing relationships with physicians.\nProven dynamic leader that can gain trust and respect of physicians, staff, and peers.\nPhysical Requirements\nOngoing need for employees to see and read information, documents, monitors, identify equipment and supplies, able to assess customer needs.\nFrequent interactions with providers, colleagues, customers, patients, and visitors that require employee to verbally communicate as well as hear and understand spoke information, needs and issues quickly and accurately. \nManual dexterity of hands and fingers to manipulate complex and delicate equipment with precision and accuracy.
