Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including software developers, engineers, data analysts, and healthcare professionals, to define product roadmap, product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure successful product delivery.Job Description\nWorks with Strategic owner(s) to define and execute the product vision, strategy, and Key Performance Indicators for technology products within the health plan. \nGathers and analyzes user requirements, market trends, and business goals to inform product development and the development roadmap. \nCollaborates with cross-functional teams (center of excellence) to translate requirements into product features and prioritizes them based on business value, technical feasibility, and user needs.\nWorks closely with values stream, platform manager, application support, and vendors to guide the product development process, ensuring timely and quality delivery. \nMonitors product performance through key metrics and user feedback, identifies areas for improvement, facilitates continuous exploration, and drives product enhancements. \nStays updated with industry trends, healthcare regulations, and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the health plan. \nCollaborates with stakeholders, including internals teams, external partners, and end-users, to gather feedback, address concerns, ensure alignment with business objectives and applying continuous improvement methods.\nCommunicates product updates, progress, and roadmap to relevant stakeholders, including senior management, department heads, and technical teams. \nProvides guidance and mentorship to junior product team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture. \nMinimum Qualifications\nDemonstrated relevant to the role product knowledge and hands-on experience working with those tools and processes\nAbility to lead complex projects\nStrong Analytical and problem-solving abilities\nExceptional interpersonal and communication skills including writing, speaking and active listening\nThorough understanding of business processes\nAbility to present ideas in user-friendly language\nExperience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment\nAbility to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment\nStrong customer service orientation\nDemonstrates working technical knowledge of systems administration\nDemonstrated experience solving server/operating system problems that reduce impact to customers/end-users\nBusiness process and reengineering experience, as well as an understanding of the relationship between processes and policies\nExperience on products using Scaled Agile Framework.\nSkills\nData Analysis\nProblem Solving\nTechnology Literate\nBusiness Literate\nUser Experience\nProcess Ideation and Development\nResearch\nCross-Functional Teamwork\nInnovation\nDecision Making\nActive Listening\nCommunication\nLocation:\nSelectHealth - MurrayWork City:\nMurrayWork State:\nUtahScheduled Weekly Hours:\n40The hourly range for this position is listed below.
