We are committed to building great brands that stand the test of time and to brewing the best beers using the finest natural ingredients.\n\nOur diverse portfolio of well over 400 beer brands includes global brands Budweiser, Corona and Stella Artois; multi-country brands Beck’s, Castle, Castle Lite, Hoegaarden, and Leffe; and local champions such as Aguila, Bud Light, Jupiler, Klinskoye, Modelo Especial, Quilmes, Skol, and Victoria.\n\nWe are recruiting to fill the position below:\n\nJob Title: Packaging Electrician - 2\n\nJob Requisition ID: 30101749 \n\nLocation: Onitsha, Anambra\n\nJob Type: Full-time\n\nKey Purpose\n\nThe key purpose of this role is to provide artisan skill and knowledge to the team, and to support the operations, maintenance and problem-solving activities.\n\nKey Outputs and Responsibilities\n\nOperational Support:\n\nWhere requested, provide coaching, mentoring and knowledge transfer of machine operation to shift based teams\nWhere requested, assist as a functional expert in problem solving\nAssess Operators and Artisans ability to carry out tasks\nWhere requested, provide guidance and advice to the shift-based teams on machine operation, machine fault finding and correct responses to machine failure modes\nProvide specialist support to the shift-based teams during operations. This will include standby and day shift support\nTake part, as functional expert, in regional and central office plant optimization trials. Adhere to work practices that support shift-based teams\n\nMaintenace:\n\nThis may involve rescheduling the work or prioritizing outstanding work\nComplete the administration tasks relating to any running repairs has carried out (this includes all SAP & SIGGA, Problem Terminator inputs)\nComplete any administration and SAP tasks, SIGGA, Problem Terminator in support of planned maintenance\nWhere running repairs cannot be carried out, communicate this to the Maintenance Planner to ensure the work is planned into the next planned window\nCarry out work during the planned, routine and opportunity maintenance window in accordance with the planned maintenance schedule issued by the Planner where scheduled work cannot be completed, feedback to the Maintenance Planner for direction\nVerify that where running repairs have been carried out, this has addressed the problem\nPartake in maintenance postmortems to feedback problems, opportunities and learnings from maintenance activities\nTake part in maintenance planning meeting, contributing suggestions and clarifying work required\nAssist fellow team members in the execution of their tasks in during planned maintenance windows\nCarry out Autonomous Operations as per requirements Partake in cleaning, lubrication and inspection in accordance with the maintenance schedule issued by the Maintenance Planner must be resolved using the appropriate problem-solving techniques. \nCarry out routine maintenance activities in accordance with the maintenance schedule where problems have been uncovered during routine maintenance (where required, additional resources may be called in to assist)\n\nProblem Solving:\n\nAssist fellow team members to resolve problems on request Take part, as functional expert, in AB reports on request\nAnalyze machine performance, conduct loss and waste analysis and develop action plans to improve performance\nWhere necessary, call in additional resources to assist in problem solving or escalate to the Packaging Engineer and the Performance and Continuous Improvement Manager for direction\n\nHousekeeping and Safety:\n\nCarry out work according to the work instructions and adhere to appropriate AB InBev policies and procedures and VPO Standards\nOperate in a safe manner at all times, and identify and highlight unsafe work practices so that these may be corrected\nCarry out housekeeping tasks, and apply 5S principles during the execution of duties\n\nMinimum Requirements\n\n2 years working experience in Manufacturing.\nHND or BSc in Electrical field.\nAdvanced Certificate in Electrical Engineering\n\nKey Attributes and Competencies:\n\nAbility to communicate well\nMust be a team player\nAbility to adhere to instructions, work in shifts with
