Type: Full-time\n\nKey Purpose\n\nThe key purpose of this role is to safely operate and maintain defined packaging equipment and related processes in order to achieve optimal effectiveness.\n\nKey Roles and Responsibilities\n\nOperating equipment and manage associated processes & performance in packaging:\n\nOperate manual and automatic machines online as per standards.\nEnsure process quality and productivity.\nMonitor production processes on shift and correct any negative trends. \nInterpret and implement production plan for shift. \nEnsure and maintain a safe and healthy work environment. \n\nPerform administration:\n\nComplete associated tracking and monitoring: Complete operator workstation administration and take action as required.\nContribute to self-development. \nComplete team room administration as required. \n\nProblem solving:\n\nContribute towards AB reports as required.\nUse QFR's (As per triggers).\nManage PIMS & POMS and take corrective action on negative trends.\nComplete 5 WHY's (as per triggers) with relevant team members.\n\nAutonomous operations: \n\nConduct autonomous operations (Clean, Inspect, Tag & Repair).\n\nRequirements\n\nMinimum Requirements:\n\nAt least 1 year working experience preferably in a Foods and Beverages Industry.\nDegree / National Diploma in Electrical engineering or a related field.\n\nKey Attributes and Competencies:\n\nMust be hardworking.\nHigh integrity and attention to detail.\nHonest and self-motivated. \nDreams big, is curious and bold.\nMust be dynamic & a good team player.\nAbility to work in
