We are committed to building great brands that stand the test of time and to brewing the best beers using the finest natural ingredients.\n\nOur diverse portfolio of well over 400 beer brands includes global brands Budweiser, Corona and Stella Artois; multi-country brands Beck’s, Castle, Castle Lite, Hoegaarden, and Leffe; and local champions such as Aguila, Bud Light, Jupiler, Klinskoye, Modelo Especial, Quilmes, Skol, and Victoria.\n\nWe are recruiting to fill the position below:\n\nJob Title: Packaging Team Leader\n\nJob Requisition ID: 30104536 \n\nLocation: Sagamu, Ogun\n\nJob Type: Full-time\n\nKey Purpose\n\n The key purpose of this role is to lead the shift-based team/s in the execution of the production plan to the required performance criteria (QCDSM).\n\nKey Roles and Responsibilities\n\n Maintaining safety, quality and environmental standards.\n\n Drive and maintaining VPO implementation.\n\n Developing, tracking and monitoring team PI's and KPI's.\n\n Timely reaction to negative trends (out of controls).\n\n Participating and managing problem solving activities.\n\n Delivering the packaging plan.\n\n Continuously improving -
