will\ntake end-to-end ownership of the critical server, virtualization, storage,\nbackup, and disaster recovery infrastructure that underpins our payment\noperations.\n\nWe are looking\nfor a highly autonomous and experienced engineer who can proactively ensure the\nreliability, security, and continuous improvement of our production\nenvironment, while provide technical leadership and drive automation across\nthe infrastructure.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nOwn\nthe administration, performance, and reliability of IBM AIX, Red Hat Enterprise\nLinux, Oracle Linux, and VMware environments, including capacity planning,\ntuning, and health checks.\nManage\ncore infrastructure platforms – Dell Storage (SAN/NAS), IBM Power and HP\nservers, and Tape Libraries – overseeing lifecycle, firmware, and vendor\nsupport.\nAdminister\nhigh-availability, backup, and disaster recovery solutions (Veritas Cluster\nServer, NetBackup, Veeam, RecoverPoint), and lead periodic DR simulations,\nfailover/failback testing, and RTO/RPO compliance.\nSupport Active Directory, SMTP/messaging services,\nmonitoring platforms (Zabbix, Centreon), and middleware environments (JBoss,\nOracle WebLogic).\nLead\npatch and vulnerability management across all operating systems, applying\nsecurity updates and remediation in line with audit and compliance\nrequirements.\nEnforce\nsystem hardening, security standards, and ICT policies, supporting audits and\ninvestigating security incidents.\nDesign and maintain automation scripts to streamline\noperations, reduce manual effort, and improve system resilience.\nProvide\nLevel 2 and Level 3 support, lead root cause analysis, and drive incident,\nproblem, and change management, including on-call support.\nMaintain accurate infrastructure documentation and\nasset inventories and contribute to infrastructure projects and technology\nupgrades.\n\nTechnical Environment\n\nIBM AIX, RHEL,\nOracle Linux, VMware, Veritas Cluster Server, NetBackup, Veeam, RecoverPoint,\nDell Storage, IBM Power servers, HP servers, Tape Library, Active Directory,\nSMTP, JBoss, Oracle WebLogic, Zabbix, and Centreon.\n\nJob Requirements\n\nThe ideal candidate will have:\n\nDegree in Information Technology, Computer Science,\nEngineering, or a related field.\nMinimum\n7 years’ experience in systems and infrastructure administration, preferably in\na senior role.\nStrong hands-on expertise in Linux/Unix\nadministration, particularly IBM AIX, RHEL, and Oracle Linux.\nSolid\nexperience with VMware, storage, backup, high availability, and disaster\nrecovery solutions.\nWorking knowledge of Active Directory, monitoring\ntools, middleware, and patch and vulnerability management.\nProficiency in scripting and automation (e.g., Shell,\nPython) to improve operational efficiency.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and\nproblem-solving skills, with the autonomy to
