Your potential is our inspiration.\nWhere You’ll Make a Difference\nResponsible for daily import and export operations, coordinating and executing logistics across all transportation modes, including sea, air, and road.\nPrepare and review import/export shipping documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission to forwarders and relevant stakeholders.\nLiaise with customs authorities and respond promptly to customs inspections and inquiries related to cargo packaging, labeling, specifications, composition, and compliance matters.\nClosely track shipment status and the full customs declaration process; escalate issues and drive solutions when exceptions occur.\nManage import/export KPIs and verify logistics costs with third-party logistics providers to ensure on-time delivery at optimized cost.\nMaintain and update import/export records in relevant systems in a timely, accurate, and traceable manner.\nContinuously optimize import and export operational processes to improve efficiency and execution effectiveness.\nHandle import/export-related complaints and ensure issue closure, while working cross-functionally with Sales, PM, QFS, CSR, and other internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations.\nWhat Makes You the Right Fit\nExperience in daily import and export operations, familiar with sea, air, and road transportation.\nAbility to prepare and review import/export shipping documents accurately and on time.\nFamiliar with customs inspection and inquiry processes, with solid compliance awareness.\nCapable of tracking end-to-end I&E shipment and declaration processes and resolving issues.\nExperience working with 3PL providers, including KPI tracking and cost verification.\nProficient in using import/export or ERP systems and maintaining accurate records.\nStrong mindset for process optimization and continuous improvement.\nGood communication skills with the ability to handle complaints and work cross-functionally.\nHow Would You Stand Out?\nImport/export experience in food, chemical, or FMCG industries.\nKnowledge of China customs regulations and practical clearance operations.\nGood English reading and writing skills.\nWhy Choose Us?\nTraining opportunities.\nLearning and development programs.\nFull-paid social insurance.\nPaid annual leave and sick leave.\nFree lunch.\nWork-life balance.\nWe are a global leader in taste, scent, and nutrition, offering our customers a broader range of natural solutions and accelerating our growth strategy.
