Griffin, Ga. 30224\nThe Job You Will Perform:\nAssist in controlling the machine speed to produce a quality product at a maximum level of output.\n\nAssist in checking to make sure that boxes are being glued properly.\n\nAssist in checking the stacking plan, load tags, and unit count on first load.\n\nPerform all QMS checks.\n\nAt start up, set aside two bundles of quality boxes to use as replacement boxes for defects.\n\nPull all defectives found during inspection and replace with good box from bundles set aside.\n\nAssist in confirming that final count matches bundle spec. (Replace same number as defects pulled)\n\nCount scrap boxes to confirm equal # of replacements. If this number is incorrect, add difference to final unit.\n\nCheck and fold up at least one box per unit. Check and maintain constant ink and glue flow.\n\nWatch for and react to jam-ups. Stack all bad sheets for reuse; waste to scrap cart.\n\nKeep work area neat and clean.
