Friday 5:00am-1:30pm\nPhysical Location: 800 N. 48th Street, Springfield, OR 97478\nThe Job You Will Perform:\nComplete pre-start loader maintenance inspection report (or VCR)\nResponsible for feeding paper from tipping pad to baler conveyor (all facets of loading the baler)\n\nOperate balers according to brand specifications (MacPress, Enterprise, Bollegraff, IPS)\n\nLoad the baler utilizing either the front loader, skid steer or forklift\n\nRecord grade, percentage of waste in compactor dumped material\n\nMonitor paper feed line\n\nMonitor wire condition and feed\n\nMonitor bales for mill readiness including:\nAdequate wiring\n\nProper grade and quality\n\nWeight\n\nRecord maintenance activity on equipment\n\nRecord baler downtime\n\nAssist with daily weekly monthly PMs for baler and feed conveyors\n\nOperate shredder and follow all NAID requirements for document destruction\n\nEnsure driveway is free of material\n\nKeep paper/plastic from accumulating around property fence line\n\nPrevent loose paper from accumulating at the rail dock area\n\nClean pit monthly or as needed\n\nRemove material build-up from incline conveyors\n\nAssist with pushing material from inside bunkers onto conveyor\n\nCommunicate paper grade to Material Handler to ensure proper storage\n\nInform Material Handler of any rejected bales\n\nCommunicate with Plant Lead -
