This position works closely with other corrugator team members to maximize productivity, maintain quality standards, and support overall plant operations.\nFollow all company safety policies, procedures, and work practices.\nOperate corrugator equipment to produce high-quality products while meeting production requirements.\nAdjust medium roll stand and preconditioner settings as needed.\nAdjust liner roll stand and preheater settings as needed.\nWork with the Slitter Operator to determine optimal machine speeds and production efficiency.\nPrepare liner rolls and splicers for production runs.\nPrepare butt rolls for storage and properly identify them with tags or written markings.\nAssist the Double Backer Operator as needed.\nSupport other areas of the corrugator during downtime or changeovers.\nRecommend and implement run sequence changes to improve throughput without impacting customer delivery schedules.\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.\nPerform routine cleaning of corrugator equipment.\nComplete production records and documentation accurately and timely.\nPerform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervision.\nRequired Qualifications:\nAbility to accurately read and use a measuring tape and ruler.\nBasic math skills and the ability to perform shop calculations.\nAbility to learn and retain operating procedures and equipment functions.\nAbility to follow instructions and ask questions when clarification is needed.\nAbility to work effectively as part of a team.\nStrong attention to safety, quality, and productivity.\nPhysical Requirements:\nAbility to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.\nAbility to lift and move materials as required by job duties.\nAbility to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, heat, and moving equipment.\nThe Benefits You Will Enjoy:\nPaid time off including Vacation and Holidays \nRetirement, pension, and 401k Matching Program\nMedical & Dental \nEducation & Development (including Tuition Reimbursement)\nLife & Disability Insurance\nThe Career You Will Build:\nLeadership training\nPromotional opportunities\nThe Impact You Will Make:\nWe continue to build a better future for people, the planet, and our company!
