And label, sort, wrap and tie product\nUnload and stack material by raising and lowering lifting device\nAdapt schedule to work alongside the changing demands of the warehouse\nCommunicate with floor lead - maintenance issues, downtime, production issues, unacceptable or non-conforming loads, poor bale quality, or any other issues with material being handled\nMeet all company safety policies and report any concerns related to required maintenance of machines\nSpecial projects as business dictate\nDuties may be expanded upon and additional duties may be assigned\nSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES\nThis position has no supervisory responsibilities.\nSKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS, AND REQUIREMENTS\nMust be 18 years of age\nMust have earned a High School Diploma, GED, required schooling, qualifying experience or skills\nForklift Operato experience preferred; strong knowledge of machines in a manufacturing setting\nAbility to work a flexible schedule\nAbility to follow detailed instructions\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment\nTeam-oriented and self-directed\nMust read, write, and communicate in English as it relates to this position and to the safety
