Assist in development of contractor work plans and monitor compliance.\n\nCoordinate and lead Key Element Survey (KES) activities, develop corrective action plans, assign responsibilities, and track completion.\n\nEnsure active participation and effectiveness of the Safety Committee across all departments and shifts.\n\nPartner with site leadership to develop and implement annual site-specific HSE objectives and improvement plans.\n\nSupport continuous improvement efforts related to safety, environmental compliance, and risk reduction.\n\nQualifications:\nMust have demonstrated safety experience in the past, safety leadership role preferred.\n\nAbility and willingness to work flexible schedules, including various shifts as business needs require.\n\nMust be willing to confront unsafe acts and conditions and take necessary corrective action including follow-up.\n\nMust lead by example and consistently adhere to all plant safety policies, procedures, and expectations.\n\nStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.\n\nProficient computer skills, including:\nMicrosoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook\n\nEmail communication and calendar management\n\nData analysis, charts, and reporting\n\nTrend analysis and performance tracking\n\nSafety and compliance management systems (IPS or similar
