Perform:\nActively supervises employees in the everyday coordination, execution and planning of maintenance efforts, including a 24/7 maintenance coverage\n\nReport to Site Manager any information that may impede the operation of the plant as soon as it becomes known, while providing technical expertise regarding plant equipment and facilities.\n\nInitiate and/or maintain a cost-effective preventive maintenance program and Implement quality improvement and cost reduction ideas.\n\nContact and work with vendors and subcontractors to achieve desired results.\n\nManage machine reliability initiatives\n\nMaintains adequate inventories of spare parts and Purchase materials, parts, and supplies as required.\n\nTroubleshoot and solve problems.\n\nMake data driven decisions\n\nIdentify areas where safety issues could arise and take measures to proactively address the concerns.\n\nPlans, schedules and monitors the timely completion of maintenance work orders.\n\nMaintain a good working relationship with the plant management, supervisory staff and hourly employees.\n\nMaintain good housekeeping practices.\n\nContinually communicate in a positive manner.\n\nParticipate in weekly, monthly, semiannual and annual safety and environmental audits.\n\nThe Skills You Will Bring:\nDemonstrated personnel supervisory skills.\n\nFive + year’s maintenance and leadership experience in a manufacturing plant.\n\nCollege and/or related technical courses preferred.\n\nFive years’ experience in the corrugated box industry with heavy experience in electronics, mechanical, hydraulics,
