activities such as lubricating, measuring run out, calibrating dials, aligning components, and observing operations, vibrations, and noise level\nComplete emergency/break down maintenance as necessary to support plant operations\nPerform electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, steam system, and other repairs and installations \nAccurately use measurement and test equipment\nMaintain clean and organized work areas and cleaning up work areas as part of completing assigned tasks\nAccurately and completely prepare and maintain maintenance records and other paperwork\nWork independently as well as part of a team \nFollow all safety rules and practices\nPerform other duties as assigned by supervision\nThe Skills You Will Bring:\nAbility to work with a safety first mindset and actively participate in our safety culture\nMust be 18 years or older\nHigh school diploma or equivalent \n3-5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment \nHighly-qualified candidates would possess a technical degree or apprenticeship certification \nMN Special Engineer Boiler License or higher strongly preferred \nStrong mechanical skills and aptitude\nStrong troubleshooting skills\nSkilled in pneumatics, electrical, PLC, and hydraulics\nAbility to accurately use and read a variety of measuring devices\nWell-rounded electrical, mechanical and machine shop skills and experience\nWritten and verbal communication skills\nAbility to work overtime as
