coordination, and competencies that guide the manufacturing team and processes in the area of safety, productivity, housekeeping, customer satisfaction, cost effectiveness, and people systems; while promoting continuous improvement and the use of reliable methods within the manufacturing organization.\n\nResponsible for the development and achievement of the manufacturing business plan and overall cost effectiveness of the manufacturing operation.\n\nMonitor and direct the performance of all manufacturing activities including throughput, cost and waste control, maintenance, quality, inventories control, and meeting budgeted production metrics, while ensuring that all safety reliable methods are in place.\n\nImplement and maintain systems to drive manufacturing improvements.\n\nLead, coach, motivate and engage work teams to accomplish operational objectives.\n\nEnsure that all management, manufacturing, maintenance, and human resources systems are current and effectively utilized, and improved where possible.\n\nEnsure that all manufacturing processes run in accordance with EPA regulations.\n\nActively involved in the development of employees through training, coaching, and performance review feedback.\n\nThe Skills You Will Bring:\nBS/BA in Related Field or Equivalent Experience\n\n5+ Years of industry experience\n\nIn depth knowledge of
