Duties include:\nEnsure all PdM activities follow plant safety, LOTO and environmental policies\nLead, support, and develop a team of PdM technicians setting expectations for daily activities, priorities, and quality of work\nLead team meetings to review workload, safety concerns, and technical challenges\nBuild and manage routine data collection routes and schedules across rotating and critical equipment\nAnalyze trend data to identify developing issues and enter work notifications to address\nPartner with maintenance workflow team to prioritize findings from PdM technologies\nEnsure PdM equipment is maintained and calibrated as required\nOwn and continuously improve CMMS data as it pertains to PdM activities\nEnsure PdM route compliance and effectiveness through tracking route completions and defect identifications\nParticipate in RCFA's on equipment failures and use findings to improve PdM program as warranted\nSupport Reliability team colleagues as need arises\nThe Skills You Will Bring:\nThe ability to foster a team culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement\n\nThorough knowledge of industrial equipment and systems\n\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate to groups and individuals at all levels\n\nAbility to approach positional responsibilities in an inclusive manner by engaging all team members in area, department, and mill\n\nWorking knowledge of Vibration analysis, Ultrasonic emission testing, and/or Motion Amplification. Must have Vibration Level 1 Certification or equivalent.\n\nStrong mechanical troubleshooting background\n\nMinimum of 10 years of experience in industrial maintenance, and/or engineering in a manufacturing environment is required.
