The PIM is also responsible for leading the business efforts in quality through management and audit of all quality systems, and facilitation of the quality committee and process improvement initiatives. \nWork with managers, supervisors and operating teams to understand and improve manufacturing and quality systems to accomplish operating objectives.\nProvide support by leading quality initiatives. Also, support safety initiatives such as safety audits, incident investigations and safety orientation for new hires.
