America (PSNA) business in the packaging marketplace through the development of new business opportunities and growth of existing customer accounts in the Ohio market.\n\nDeepen relationships and generate profitable sales through regular visits and engagement with prospective and existing customers.\n\nProfitably grow customer accounts by developing and successfully implementing Key Account Plans that align with each customer's business needs and buying preferences.\n\nApply strong business and financial acumen to support profitable decision-making and growth.\n\nAssess customer packaging and business needs, then align International Paper value propositions and solutions to support customer success and profitable growth.\n\nLeverage market knowledge and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities that create value for customers and International Paper.\n\nTravel regularly to customer locations, meetings, and trade events while working in a variety of professional environments (approximately 50% or more of work time).\n\nThe Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge You Will Bring:\nBA/BS in a related field or related equivalent work experience in related field\n\nSales experience required (2+ years preferred)\n\nValid driver’s license\n\nAbility to travel up to 50% of the time\n\nStrong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills\n\nSelf-motivated with a strong desire to achieve results and drive profitable growth\n\nCustomer-focused with a commitment to delivering value and service excellence\n\nAbility to learn and apply new products, processes, and business concepts\n\nStrong organizational and time management skills\n\nExperience working in a manufacturing environment (preferred)\n\nExperience in the corrugated box industry (preferred)\n\nExperience with Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems, such as Salesforce
