This will include operating systems, servers, PCs, network, software applications, mobile apps and peripherals.\nEnhance users' experience through improved service management to users.\nRegular interlocks with executives, senior management and system users.\nIT staff management covering hiring, performance evaluation, training, coaching, disciplinary procedures and dismissal.\nDevelop and implement relevant IT SOP, with written protocols and guidelines in place for IT team and end-users.\nDrive negotiation with IT vendors to secure best deals, and responsible for engaging IT consultants and establishing service agreements.\nResponsible for building and maintaining IT budget for each project, and managing overall financial activities in IT department, including IT purchases and ongoing budget.\nKeeping up to date with the latest developments in IT and identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement with the school’s IT infrastructure.\nOversee IT related projects, network infrastructure and systems to ensure optimal performance is achieved.\nEscalation of issues/problems to keep Top Management informed, advice and provide recommendation to Top Management as and when needed.\nAny other responsibility that may be assigned by the superior from time to time when the need arises.\nISP Principles\nBegin with our children and students.
