Παράλληλα, διαθέτει παρατηρητικότητα και ετοιμότητα να ανταποκριθεί αποτελεσματικά σε ζητήματα που αφορούν την ασφάλεια και την εύρυθμη λειτουργία του σχολικού περιβάλλοντος.\nΒασικές αρμοδιότητες:\nΕποπτεία και φύλαξη των χώρων και των εγκαταστάσεων του σχολείου.\nΈλεγχος της εισόδου και εξόδου μαθητών, εργαζομένων, γονέων, επισκεπτών και εξωτερικών συνεργατών.\nΔιαχείριση της πρόσβασης στις εγκαταστάσεις σύμφωνα με τις διαδικασίες ασφαλείας του σχολείου.\nΕπιτήρηση των εισόδων, εξόδων και λοιπών κοινόχρηστων χώρων κατά τη διάρκεια της σχολικής λειτουργίας.\nΥποστήριξη της ασφαλούς προσέλευσης και αποχώρησης των μαθητών.\nΤακτικοί έλεγχοι των εγκαταστάσεων και άμεση αναφορά τυχόν περιστατικών, φθορών ή θεμάτων ασφαλείας.\nΔιαχείριση έκτακτων περιστατικών σύμφωνα με τα προβλεπόμενα πρωτόκολλα και άμεση ενημέρωση των αρμόδιων στελεχών.\nΣυνεργασία με τη Διοίκηση και το προσωπικό του σχολείου για τη διατήρηση ενός ασφαλούς και οργανωμένου περιβάλλοντος.\nΑπαραίτητα προσόντα:\nΠροϋπηρεσία σε αντίστοιχη θέση φύλαξης ή ασφάλειας θα θεωρηθεί σημαντικό προσόν.\nΥψηλό αίσθημα υπευθυνότητας, συνέπεια και αξιοπιστία.\nΕυγένεια και πολύ καλές επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες.\nΠαρατηρητικότητα, ψυχραιμία και ικανότητα διαχείρισης απρόβλεπτων καταστάσεων.\nΙκανότητα συνεργασίας και τήρησης συγκεκριμένων διαδικασιών και οδηγιών.\nΔιακριτικότητα και επαγγελματική συμπεριφορά, ιδιαίτερα σε περιβάλλον με παιδιά και νέους.\nΕκπληρωμένες στρατιωτικές υποχρεώσεις, όπου απαιτείται.\nΕπιθυμητά προσόντα:\nΠροηγούμενη εμπειρία σε σχολικό ή άλλο εκπαιδευτικό περιβάλλον.\nΓνώση βασικών διαδικασιών ασφάλειας και αντιμετώπισης έκτακτων περιστατικών.\nΠιστοποίηση παροχής Πρώτων Βοηθειών θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν.\nΤα Εκπαιδευτήρια «Ο Πλάτων» προσφέρουν ένα οργανωμένο και σύγχρονο εργασιακό περιβάλλον, στο οποίο η ασφάλεια, ο σεβασμός και η προστασία των μαθητών αποτελούν βασικές προτεραιότητες της καθημερινής λειτουργίας.\nISP Principles\nBegin with our children and students.
