Prioritized a variety of time-sensitive tasks.\n• Ensuring that monthly invoicing and credits are correct, and all revenue are loaded on time.\n• Adhere to policies regarding invoicing ensuring approvals for credit notes.\n• Assist on the billing queries and dispute and ensuring minimum impact to billing quality and revenue.\n• To prepare and coordinate on the accruals for unbilled items based on revenue report\n• Act as a key support to assist and coordinate on system migration and implementation.\n• Other duties as delegated from time to time by the Head of Billing and credit control or any other person designated in their absence.\n\nJob Profile\n• Excellent back-office skills.\n• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with diplomacy, tact and ability to interact effectively and confidently at all levels.\n• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle office matters with utmost professionalism.\n• Negotiating and influencing skills.\n• Computer literacy, with advanced Excel experience.\n• Ability to analyze / solve problems in a fast-paced environment.\n• Multi-tasking and prioritization capabilities\n• Other duties as delegated from time to time by the Head of Billing and credit control or any other person designated in their absence.\n• Able to adapt to changes and manage complex situations.\n\nRequired Skills and KnowledgeAt leas 3-5 years’ experience in related field, within a multinational and highly matrix organization.\nStrong understanding of accounting principles.\nStrong analytical skills.\nComputer literacy with advanced Excel experience.\nProven success in improvement in KPI’s associated with the billing and credit control function\nExposure to Salesforce, Cognos and SUN system will be an advantage.\nStrong communication skills and the ability to interact with various cultures and all levels of management in a multinational environment.\nEnglish & French (oral and written) is an absolute must\nRequired Qualifications (Brief description of the educational background needed to perform the job)\nBusiness Administration qualifications\nFinance Qualification will be an added
