  • Intensive fachgerechte Betreuung und Beratung eines vorhandenen Kundenstammes und der dazugehörigen Baustellen
  • Qualitative Weiterentwicklung unserer Kunden und aktive Akquise von Neukunden
  • Umsetzung von Kundenanfragen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Innendienst
  • Professionelle Auftragsverhandlungen im Bereich von Vermietung und Verkauf modernster Schalungssysteme und Dienstleistungen
  • Produktpräsentationen beim Kunden vor Ort und auf Messen
  • Verkaufsstarke Persönlichkeit mit bautechnischer bzw. technischer / betriebswirtschaftlicher Weiterbildung, wie beispielsweise zum Bauingenieur, Bautechniker oder technischen Betriebswirt (m/w/d)
  • Einschlägige Erfahrungen im Vertrieb und umfassende Marktkenntnisse
  • Freude am Umgang mit Kunden und Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung, Motivation und lösungsorientiertem Denken
  • Idealerweise Wohnort im Vertriebsgebiet
