This role requires a unique blend of technical acumen, creativity, and the ability to foster team collaboration. In this role, you can expect to focus on two complementary areas: building voice AI agents that create outstanding experiences for legal clients, and tools that automate tedious and time consuming tasks associated with managing legal cases.\nKey Responsibilities:\nWork with business stakeholders to translate ideas and research into proposals and requirements for AI-based solutions that meet their needs.\nFacilitate the configuration, implementation, and evaluation of prototypes, effectively leveraging existing AI frameworks and tools. \nConduct data analysis to support feature development, evaluation, and product optimization. \nWork closely with the development teams to prioritize the product backlog and iteratively improve the products.\nStay informed of advancements in AI, machine learning, and related technologies to improve product offerings and operational efficiency.\nKey Qualifications:\n3+ years experience as a Technical Product Manager or similar role\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think methodically and diagram complex operational workflows.\nStrong experience in data analysis and proficiency in using spreadsheet tools for data manipulation and visualization.\nDemonstrated ability in prompt engineering, including crafting effective prompts for AI models to achieve desired outcomes.\nEffective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into user-friendly language.\nSelf-motivated, passionate about AI, and a keen interest in exploring new technologies and methodologies to drive product innovation.\nFormer developer experience in Python, SQL, Javascript is a +\nExperience using voice AI tools such as Retell or ElevenLabs a +\nAt Internet Brands, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience.
