The Marketing Manager will help increase the team’s capacity, move forward with various initiatives,and identifynew marketingopportunities.\nThe role will involve project planning, deadline and budget management, stakeholder coordination, supplier communication, progress reporting, and post-project evaluation.\nResponsibilities\nPlanning, coordinating, and delivering marketing projects from initialidea to completion. \nCreating clear project plans, including objectives, deliverables, timelines, responsibilities, dependencies, and expected results.\nManaging deadlines and ensuring that project changes, risks, or potential delays are identifiedand communicated in advance. \nCoordinating internal stakeholders, external suppliers, media partners, agencies, and other vendors involved in marketing projects.\nRequesting and comparing proposals, quotations, specifications, timelines, and delivery conditions from suppliers and partners. \nMaintaining accurateproject information, deadlines, documentation, and status updates in Jira and relevant tracking files. \nMonitoring project budgets, costs, approvals, and supplier deliverables. \nIdentifyingoperational bottlenecks and suggesting improvements to Marketing processes, workflows, and reporting routines.\nCollaborating with the Marketing Operations, Account Operations, Sales, and other internal teams to ensure alignment and effective project delivery. \nEssential qualifications and skills\nMinimum 3-4 years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or a similar role.\nStrong organizational and project-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously. \nProactive approach to identifyingrisks, dependencies, missing information, and potential delays. \nStrong communicationand stakeholder-managementskills.\nExperience working with external suppliers, agencies, or other service providers. \nAbility to create structured project plans, timelines, status updates, and follow-up documentation. \nConfidence in taking ownership of projects and following up with stakeholders to keep work moving forward. \nExcellentattention to detail and a structured approach to documentation and reporting.\nComfortable working with Jira or similar project-managementtools, as well as Microsoft O365 suite.\nUpper-intermediate English level or higher, with the ability to communicate confidently in writing and during meetings.\nLocated in Poltava, Ukraine.\nNice to Have\nExperience working in an international B2B environment. \nFamiliarity with the iGaming, hosting, technology, or online sports betting industries. \nExperience managing projectsor campaign budgets. \nExperience identifying, evaluating, and presenting new
