The ideal candidate will have systems administration expertise, a strong understanding of Linux and Windows environments, and a deep knowledge of networking, virtualization, and automation.\nThe SRE team is responsible for maintaining and continuously improving our infrastructure and the processes that go with it. The team is responsible for all aspects of running our virtual environments, from deployments all the way up to maintenance and lifecycle management. and expanding our business.\nKey Responsibilities:\nManage and optimize VMware and Proxmox infrastructure.\nAdminister and support Linux (Debian, Ubuntu, CentOS, etc.) and Windows systems.\nProactively monitor system health, set up environments, and ensure optimal performance.\nFull product lifecycle, including updates/patches, upgrades and maintenance.\nAutomate administration tasks, deployments, monitoring, and other operational workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.\nDevelop and maintain automation scripts and tools for infrastructure management using tools like Ansible, Terraform, or similar.\nEnsure adherence to ITIL processes for incident management, change management, and problem resolution.\nWe want you to\nHave 3+ years of experience in a similar role.\nHave a good understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, subnetting, switching, routing, and port configurations.\nHave a good working experience from enterprise backup products.\nBe comfortable in having direct customer interaction.\nAdhere to best practice in everything you do.\nHave a problem solving and can-do attitude.\nHave a challenger attitude, to drive and
