Click here for more information about Altour.\nResponsibilities\nThe Project Delivery Manager serves as the organizational hub for the Travel Technology team, helping ensure projects, enhancements, operational initiatives, and business priorities move smoothly from concept through completion. Acting as the team's central coordinator, this role maintains visibility across multiple workstreams, facilitates communication among stakeholders, tracks progress against key milestones, and helps remove obstacles that could impact delivery.\nThis role is ideal for someone who excels at organization, follow-through, communication, and bringing structure to complex initiatives. The Project Delivery Manager is responsible for keeping teams aligned, ensuring commitments are met, and making certain everyone has the information they need to execute successfully.\nResponsiblites\nProject & Initiative Coordination\nCoordinate project activities, timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple concurrent initiatives.\nMaintain project schedules and ensure key dates and commitments are communicated to stakeholders.\nTrack action items, decisions, open issues, and project dependencies.\nEnsure project priorities remain aligned with business objectives.\nProvide visibility into project progress and upcoming activities.\nCommunication & Stakeholder Support\nServe as a primary point of coordination between business teams, Travel Technology, Operations, vendors, and other stakeholders.\nSchedule and facilitate project meetings, status reviews, and working sessions.\nPrepare and distribute meeting notes, action items, and project updates.\nEnsure stakeholders receive timely communication regarding project progress and upcoming activities.\nHelp manage expectations and maintain alignment among project participants.\nOrganization & Accountability\nMonitor project tasks and follow up with owners to ensure commitments are completed.\nIdentify potential delays, conflicts, or roadblocks and escalate as needed.\nMaintain project documentation and organizational records.\nTrack outstanding decisions and ensure appropriate follow-up occurs.\nSupport leadership with project reporting and status updates.\nReadiness & Implementation Support\nCoordinate activities required to prepare teams for new processes, tools, or business initiatives.\nEnsure documentation, training materials, communications, and support resources are completed before implementation.\nAssist in coordinating user training and knowledge transfer activities.\nSupport rollout planning and readiness activities across impacted teams.\nPost-Implementation & Operational Support\nMonitor implementation progress following launch activities.\nTrack post-launch issues and coordinate follow-up activities.\nSupport stabilization efforts and communication during transition periods.\nDocument lessons learned and improvement opportunities for future initiatives.\nTravel Technology Coordination\nSupport initiatives involving a variety of travel-related technologies and business processes, including:\nConcur Travel\nAtriis\nDeem\nKayak for Business\nSabre\nAmadeus\nCompleat\niQCX\nMid-office systems\nAutomation platforms\nTraveler servicing tools\nOperational workflows and business process improvements\nQualifications\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree or equivalent experience.\n2-5 years of experience in project coordination, administration, operations support, implementation support, or a related role.\nExcellent organizational and time-management skills.\nStrong written and verbal communication abilities.\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.\nStrong attention to detail and follow-through.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.\nAbility to work independently in a remote work environment.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience within a Travel Management Company (TMC), travel technology organization, or business operations environment.\nFamiliarity with project coordination tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, Monday.com, Asana, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.\nExperience coordinating cross-functional teams and business initiatives.\nExposure to travel booking, fulfillment, operational support, or technology implementation processes.\nSuccess Measures\nProjects and initiatives remain organized, visible, and on track.\nStakeholders have clear visibility into status, priorities, and responsibilities.\nAction items and commitments are completed on schedule.\nProject communications are timely, accurate, and effective.\nTraining, documentation, and readiness activities are completed before implementation.\nRisks and roadblocks are identified early and escalated appropriately.\nTeam members and stakeholders view the Project Delivery Manager as a reliable resource who keeps work moving forward.\nPAY AND BENEFITS\nOur benefit offerings include choice of two medical plans and two dental plans, vision insurance, flexible spending accounts (FSAs), company-paid life insurance and AD&D, optional additional life insurance and AD&D, disability insurance, paid parental leave, paid time off, 401k Plan with company match, discounted employee travel options, access to LinkedIn Learning webinars and courses.
