Reporting to the Commercial Manager this role will provide administrative support across the Company’s commercial activities, including supplier and customer onboarding, contract administration, bids and proposals, commercial records and customer relationships.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProvide comprehensive administrative support to the Commercial Team, including document preparation, data entry, record keeping and reporting.\nSupport supplier and customer onboarding, including vendor registrations, KYC checks and maintenance of approved-vendor and customer records.\nAssist with the contract administration, including maintaining contract records and monitoring relevant dates, renewals and actions.\nMaintain and update commercial records, databases and CRM systems.\nSupport the preparation of bids, tenders, proposals and project documentation.\nLiaise effectively with internal departments, customer suppliers and other external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate communication.\nProvide administrative support to the business development, marketing and legal functions as required.\nRequirements\nPrevious experience in an administrative or commercial support role.\nStrong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.\nProficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint\nComfortable maintaining accurate records and working with CRM or other business systems.\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nA proactive and flexible approach to work.\nDesirable:\nExperience in an energy, marine, construction, engineering, or similar commercial environment.\nExperience of supplier or customer onboarding, procurement, contract administration,
