With a growing presence that includes 16 offices across Ireland, the UK, Germany, Spain, France, and the Caribbean, we are looking to expand our team with talented graduates who are eager to kickstart their careers in tax.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDeal advisory support on M&A including both buy-side and sell-side\nAdvising on restructuring and refinancing transactions.\nSupporting senior team members in business development and thought leadership initiatives.\nPreparation of comprehensive tax reviews for insolvent companies. \nPreparation and drafting of corporation tax returns for solvent and insolvent companies. \nYour role will be dynamic and fulfilling with involvement in a diverse range of assignments spanning multiple industries both domestically and internationally.\nInterpath is committed to your professional development.
