You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including owner-managed businesses, corporate groups, private equity-backed companies, investment funds, and large multinational organisations.\nThis role will provide exposure to a broad range of UK corporate tax and transaction tax matters, while offering the opportunity to take ownership of projects, develop junior team members, and contribute to the growth of the practice.\nKey Accountabilities\nOur Tax Services team is looking for an experienced Manager to support all aspects of UK corporate tax and transaction tax advisory. The role will involve leading tax workstreams across restructuring, M&A, refinancing, and corporate reorganisation projects, while working closely with colleagues across Interpath's advisory and restructuring practices. The successful candidate will play a key role in the continued growth of our Tax Services offering and will have significant client-facing responsibility.\nManaging transaction tax assignments, including tax due diligence, transaction structuring, and tax risk assessments for acquisitions and disposals.\nAdvising clients on corporate reorganisations, group restructurings, refinancing transactions, and other strategic projects.\nSupporting restructuring and insolvency engagements by providing commercially focused tax advice.\nManaging client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor on tax matters.\nOverseeing the preparation and review of technical tax analyses, reports, and client deliverables.\nCollaborating with colleagues across restructuring, debt advisory, and transaction services teams to deliver integrated solutions.\nManaging project delivery, budgets, and timelines across multiple engagements.\nCoaching, mentoring, and developing junior members of the team to support a high-performance culture.\nSupporting business development initiatives, preparing proposals, identifying opportunities, and contributing to thought leadership activities.\nRequirements\nThe role is suitable for someone who enjoys operating in an entrepreneurial and fast-growing environment, is passionate about delivering exceptional client outcomes, and is seeking the opportunity to play a key role in building a leading transaction and corporate tax practice.\nSuccessful candidates will demonstrate a combination of technical excellence, commercial awareness, leadership capability, and strong relationship management skills.\nACA, ACCA, or equivalent Chartered Accountant qualification.\nCTA qualified or qualified through an equivalent professional tax qualification.\nStrong UK Corporate Tax experience gained within a professional services, tax advisory, or accounting environment.\nExperience in transaction tax, including tax due diligence, M&A transactions, acquisitions, disposals, and corporate restructurings.\nStrong technical knowledge of UK corporation tax legislation and its practical application.\nProven ability to manage client relationships and deliver high-quality advisory work.\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.\nStrong project management skills and the ability to prioritise multiple competing deadlines.\nExperience managing and developing junior team members.\nA proactive, commercial mindset and a desire to contribute to the continued growth of the practice.\nExperience working with private equity-backed businesses, mid-market clients, or multinational groups would be advantageous.\nBenefits\nAt Interpath, our people are at the heart of our business.
