This role offers the opportunity to work in an international environment within an innovative and fast-growing organisation.\nAs a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements. You will also perform financial analysis and provide insights into key performance indicators and financial trends.\nYou will contribute to the preparation and review of budgets, forecasts and financial models to support decision-making processes. You will also ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and relevant regulations, while working closely with cross-functional teams.\nResponsibilities:\nPrepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements.\nPerform financial analysis and provide insights into key performance indicators and financial trends.\nPrepare and review budgets, forecasts and financial models to support decision-making processes.\nEnsure compliance with applicable accounting standards and relevant regulations.\nCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams.\nContribute to the accuracy and quality of financial information and reporting.\nRequirements\nEssential Requirements:\nBachelor’s degree (Bac +3) in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.\nMinimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.\nStrong attention to detail and a rigorous approach to work.\nStrong organisational skills.\nGood analytical skills and ability to interpret financial information.\nGood understanding of accounting principles and applicable accounting standards.\nAbility to work effectively in an international and fast-paced environment.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.\nDesirable Criteria:\nPrevious experience in an international organisation.\nExperience in financial analysis and reporting.\nExperience with budgets, forecasts and financial models.\nKnowledge of relevant accounting standards and financial regulations.\nBenefits\nAt Interpath, our people lie at the heart of our business.
