Job Summary

• This is an opportunity for a business development professional who understands how to turn relationships into transactions, opportunities into profitable ventures, and strategic ideas into measurable business results especially in the real estate sector.
• Interrand Homes and Properties Limited is looking for a commercially astute, highly connected, and results-driven Business Development & Wealth Creation Manager to drive business expansion, secure strategic partnerships, unlock investment opportunities, and accelerate revenue growth.

• Our ideal candidate is a strategic dealmaker with a strong understanding of real estate, investment, property development, and business expansion.
• You must be able to identify opportunities, engage decision-makers, negotiate commercially viable deals, and convert prospects into sustainable revenue.

Your Mission

• ‌Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects and track opportunities from origination to closure.
• ‌Source and close high-value deals involving real estate, property development, landowners, investors, and corporate partners.
• ‌Present regular performance reports, business forecasts, market intelligence, and strategic recommendations to management.
• ‌Develop actionable business plans, proposals, feasibility assessments, and investment presentations.
• ‌Drive revenue generation, profitability, and achievement of approved performance targets.
• ‌Develop innovative wealth-creation products and investment opportunities aligned with the Group’s business objectives.
• ‌Build relationships with institutional investors, government agencies, corporate clients, developers, and high-net-worth individuals.
• ‌Drive business growth through strategic partnerships, joint ventures, investments, and new market opportunities.

Attributes 

• ‌The ability to identify profitable opportunities and develop sustainable business relationships.
• ‌A Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Economics, Estate Management, or a related field.
• ‌Strong negotiation, networking, leadership, and commercial decision-making skills.
• ‌A minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in business development, investment, real estate, or strategic partnerships
• ‌Excellent proposal-writing, presentation, analytical, and reporting skills.
