involving real estate, property development, landowners, investors, and corporate partners.\nPresent regular performance reports, business forecasts, market intelligence, and strategic recommendations to management.\nDevelop actionable business plans, proposals, feasibility assessments, and investment presentations.\nDrive revenue generation, profitability, and achievement of approved performance targets.\nDevelop innovative wealth-creation products and investment opportunities aligned with the Group’s business objectives.\nBuild relationships with institutional investors, government agencies, corporate clients, developers, and high-net-worth individuals.\nDrive business growth through strategic partnerships, joint ventures, investments, and new market opportunities.\n\nAttributes \n\nThe ability to identify profitable opportunities and develop sustainable business relationships.\nA Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Economics, Estate Management, or a related
