manage people strategically, strengthen workplace systems, drive employee performance, and ensure effective implementation of HR policies across our various locations.\nInterrand Homes & Properties Limited, a real estate and construction company in Abuja, is seeking a highly competent, experienced, and results-driven HR Manager to join our team.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nEnsure compliance with applicable Nigerian labour laws and employment regulations.\nMonitor attendance, punctuality, leave, staff welfare, and general employee conduct.\nMaintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.\nPrepare periodic HR reports and provide management with actionable workforce insights.\nHandle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace conflicts professionally\nEnsure effective implementation of company policies across all branches, offices, and project locations.\nFoster a professional, accountable, ethical, and performance-driven organisational culture.\nDevelop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and systems.\nSupport management in manpower planning, organisational development, and succession planning.\nLead recruitment and selection processes to attract competent and high-performing employees.\nCoordinate staff training, development, career progression, and capacity-building programmes.\nManage the full employee lifecycle recruitment, onboarding, performance management, discipline, promotion, and exit processes.\nDevelop and monitor staff KPIs, performance targets, appraisals, and productivity.\nWork closely with departmental heads and branch managers to resolve workforce and operational issues.\n\nRequirements\n\nExcellent leadership, communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.\nProfessional HR certification such as CIPM, SHRM, HRCI or equivalent is an advantage.\nBachelor's degree/HND in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.\nMinimum 5 years' relevant HR experience, preferably with demonstrated managerial/supervisory experience.\nAbility to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.\nMust demonstrate maturity, confidentiality, integrity, professionalism, and sound judgement.\nStrong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR policies, and Nigerian labour practices.\nStrong administrative and documentation skills with high attention to detail.\nPrevious experience in the real estate
