This individual coordinates repairs, schedules preventative maintenance, supervises technicians, manages work orders, and maintains compliance with safety standards and procedures.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nOversees a team of six Maintenance Technicians\nPrepares work schedules, assigns work, and oversees the work quality that is performed\nAdministers the preventive maintenance program for all machinery and plant needs\nResponsible for maintenance inventory and parts ordering\nWorks closely with Production Supervisors to schedule equipment maintenance activities\nSchedules building inspections in or to meet the compliance standards\nCoordinates and supervises the work of subcontractors\nWorks closely with other plant departments to ensure all plant needs are met\nPerform other duties as assigned by Plant Manager\n Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:\nKnowledge of the management of an industrial maintenance program\nKnowledge of manufacturing production equipment\nStrong leadership and excellent communication skills\nCritical thinking with good troubleshooting skills\nManagerial courage\nStrong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office programs\nAble to multi-task and manage priorities, excellent work ethics and responsibility\nPositive attitude, honest and trustworthy \nEducation and Formal Training:\n3-5 years of Maintenance Supervisory experience required\nBachelor’s Degree preferred\nStrong knowledge of OSHA requirements required\nPhysical Requirements:\nAble to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.\nAble to ascend/descend stairs, ladders frequently\nReliable attendance and flexibility to work overtime as needed\nValid US Driver’s License required\n Full Time Hourly Position\nDay Shift (7am -
