If you're passionate about healthcare technology, have strong technical support experience, and thrive in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you!\nPosition Summary:\nWe are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst / QA Analyst with 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, software testing, and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams by translating business requirements into clear functional specifications and ensuring that delivered solutions meet business and quality expectations.\nThe candidate will participate throughout the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, test planning, functional testing, defect management, user acceptance testing, and production validation.\nKey Responsibilities:\nBusiness Analysis\nGather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.\nConduct requirement-gathering sessions, interviews, and process discussions with business users.\nTranslate business requirements into detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.\nAnalyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.\nCreate process flows, workflow diagrams, use cases, and functional specifications.\nWork closely with developers, QA teams, product owners, and business stakeholders throughout the SDLC.\nParticipate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and other Agile ceremonies.\nClarify requirements and provide functional guidance to development and QA teams.\nSupport User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate with business users.\nQuality Assurance / Testing\nDevelop and execute test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts based on business and functional requirements.\nPerform functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing.\nValidate application functionality against approved requirements and acceptance criteria.\nIdentify, document, track, and manage defects through resolution.\nPerform defect analysis and work with development teams to reproduce and resolve issues.\nConduct regression testing following application fixes and enhancements.\nSupport UAT activities and coordinate with business stakeholders.\nValidate data and system outputs against expected business results.\nPrepare test execution reports and communicate testing status, risks, and issues.\nCollaboration & Documentation\nWork closely with Product Owners, Project Managers, Developers, QA Engineers, and business stakeholders.\nMaintain clear documentation of requirements, test cases, defects, and testing results.\nParticipate in requirement reviews and provide feedback on functional and technical solutions.\nSupport release validation and post-production verification.\nAssist with root-cause analysis and continuous process improvement initiatives.\nRequirements\n3-5 years of experience in Business Analysis, QA, Software Testing, or a combined BA/QA role.\nStrong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).\nExperience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.\nStrong experience creating test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.\nHands-on experience with functional and regression testing.\nExperience with defect tracking and test management tools.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nStrong attention to detail and documentation skills.\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.\nTechnical Skills\nBusiness Analysis: BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases, Acceptance Criteria, Process Flows\nTesting: Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Integration Testing, System Testing, UAT\nDefect Management: Defect identification, tracking, triage, and resolution\nDatabases: Basic to intermediate SQL for data validation and testing\nTools: Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile/project management tools\nMethodologies: Agile/Scrum and Waterfall\nUnderstanding of APIs and basic API testing is preferred.\nExperience with Postman or similar API testing tools is a plus.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments.\nExperience with Jira and Confluence.\nExperience with SQL and database validation.\nKnowledge of REST APIs and web services.\nExperience with Postman or similar API testing tools.\nExperience in healthcare, financial services, government, or other regulated industries is a plus.\nExperience working with distributed or cross-functional teams.\nKnowledge of automated
