This role sits at the intersection of cloud engineering, platform reliability, and security, supporting large-scale enterprise systems used globally.\nYou will play a key role in shaping cloud strategy, driving modernization initiatives, and ensuring secure, high-performance infrastructure across multi-cloud environments.\nWhat You’ll Do\nDesign & Architect Multi-Cloud Solutions\nBuild scalable, resilient, and cost-efficient architectures across Azure and AWS for enterprise-grade applications.\n\nLead Cloud Operations & Optimization\nManage and optimize global cloud environments (compute, storage, networking), ensuring high availability and performance.\n\nDrive Cloud Modernization\nMigrate legacy systems to cloud-native or hybrid architectures using best practices (containers, microservices, IaC).\n\nImplement Infrastructure as Code (IaC)\nDevelop and maintain automated deployments using tools like Terraform, ARM templates, or CloudFormation.\n\nEmbed Security Best Practices\nPartner with security teams to implement identity management, network security, compliance controls, and threat mitigation strategies.\n\nMonitor & Improve Reliability\nBuild observability frameworks using tools like CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Datadog, or similar platforms.\n\nCollaborate Cross-Functionally\nWork with product, data, and engineering teams globally to enable scalable and secure cloud solutions.\n\nRequirements\nWhat You Bring\nExperience:\n5+ years in cloud engineering or infrastructure roles\nHands-on experience managing both Azure and AWS environments at scale\nProven track record supporting large enterprise or global systems\n\nTechnical Skills:\nDeep knowledge of Azure services (VMs, AKS, Networking, AD)\nStrong experience with AWS services (EC2, EKS, S3, VPC, IAM)\nInfrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred)\nContainerization (Docker, Kubernetes)\nCI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices\n\nSecurity Awareness:\nWorking knowledge of cloud security principles (IAM, encryption, network security)\nFamiliarity with compliance frameworks (HIPAA, SOC 2, or similar is a plus)\n\nOther Strengths:\nStrong problem-solving and system design skills\nExperience working in distributed/global teams\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nCertifications such as AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or equivalent\nExperience with hybrid cloud or multi-cloud governance\nExposure to healthcare, finance, or regulated
